I needed a handicap room due to my mother and my special needs son and Jennifer provided that and helped us with a room that joined together by 2 doors and I love it!! Jennifer was super kind and her customer service skills is amazing!! She went out of her way to help us get the room that we really needed and the privacy we needed due to a special needs child. Thanks Jennifer keep up the great work!!

The room was nice and the stay was nice but I didn't like that there was a 100 dollar hold fee and it takes 7 to 10 business days to get back but it didn't take 7 to 10 business days for them to take the money that part was crazy and when booking the stay it says nothing about the hold fee
I've always had a great stay here very comfortable.The staff has always been super cool.Never had any issues.Only problem is really.It's right off the highway, so sometimes you'll have a loud semi.Come through and waje you up if you're a light sleeper. Other than that it's one of the better places to stat in paragould definitely
Super 8 doesn't have a very good reputation and I was hesitant to stay here but it was actually great. Much better than I expected.
I had a great experience! The employees were very nice, the breakfast selection was great and our room way clean just was a little creaky so I couldn’t sleep too good but I’m also huge pregnant so ya know probably my personal things lol but would definitely recommend!
Overall appearance was good. We parked by our room for easy access. Only external stairs to second floor if thats an issue. The linens and floor were clean and the beds were not too stiff. Maintenance seemed a bit lacking, though. Friendly staff helped us find a room with working heat after the first one proved defective. We also discovered the fridge non functional when we went to use it. The tv came on but had no signal, so no entertainment as well, and the microwave had food residue of eggs and ham from the previous occupant, though it did work. Later that night, our "working" heat decided to conk out and blow cool air. It was fairly chilly by morning. The vending machine was also out of order, so there was no desert snack. Close to Walmart market and right off the highway, it did provide us with a comfortable and safe place to spend the night.
We had a couple of issues with our reservation but the night clerk helped us out quite a bit and what bent over backwards to get us what we needed The breakfast wasn't so great so we ate elsewhere but it was in the perfect spot for the conference I was going to and I enjoyed our stay very much.
